Conflicts with Relatives

Have thought about conflicts with relatives and friends? Have you been able to solve them ? No is the answer i would say. But we continue to live with them even though we know that we cant get along with them.

Take for example Vinod / Viji. Its been a struggle since the relationship began. But I have been maintaining the relations with them.

lets move onto Sathis lal, Mahesh or Ganesh, all the three uncle's and their families. I dont think i ever felt close to them. But still life progresses. I think i should take every relation in office in the same way as we deal with relatives and friends.

Take for instance balaji. i dont think i can get along with him or his family. But still life goes on. Its better not to complain and fret over it in public. Live with the problem ! Bharathi !

i figured out the secret to success

Bharathi, Success is easy for you. All you have to do is be yourself. You are at your best when you are calm and soft. You are the best Bharathi Karthik !

Now you do according to your wish. You be yourself. Just state what is obvious to you ! dont try to some one else ! you have failed so many times in trying to be someone.

Action plan to succed

I need to succeed this time around in my next assignment. Let me follow this regiment strictly. God please help me succeed. I know i am relying on man's approval, I should be relying on your approval. I will do what is the right thing to do at the particular moment in time. Let me not bring in my past or future or other frustrations.

1. Join the team and introduce yourself pleasantly.
2. PLAY Defence very well. Hold onto your fort. Learn from Boston Celtics.
3. Dont shoot your mouth
4. People like to listen and they prod you with questions. When prodded back they wont answer anything back.
5. Even if abused withstand it.
6. Have good relations with Boss. If Boss is unreasonable, its okay.
7. Dont shout at the team members. Even if you fail its okay. please dont shout at any body. Just state the position and leave
8. Dont take revenge. Please dont fight it out with anyone.
9.Mind your tongue always !

It has come today

release has come today ! why is that i fail again and again. i dont understand. do people hate me ? or are they afraid of me ? or am i such an abhorable person ? i dont know.

time should tell me the answer. how to fight without precipitating a break up ! god help me learn it . i need to learn how to keep calm and fight without a break up. Wherever i go i am first to get ejected ! and it ends within the first three months. God please help me to succed next time!

highs and lows

I feel moments of high and lows. Why is that i am going to the extremes ! every often. I need to become a level headed guy. I am just swinging wildly. I need to change my thinking to a level plateau

I am here in Homedepot, atlanta wondering what is happening to me during the last two months. Its been a rollercoaster since i came here to United States.

1. Arrived in Austin on june 7th and got the information that i am moving to atlanta for different project within two weeks
2. in atlanta its been four to five weeks, that i am finding myself in a hole. my role has been changed numerous times that i am wondering what is that i am supposed to do to get a stable job environment.
3. The only solution which i could come up with is i need to remain calm as odds are stacked against me. I will keep quiet and God help me check my anger !
